    The service was great and our cashier gave us some lovely conversation while we were checking out and looking around. It provides VEGAN AND DAIRY FREE ice cream and pastries which is a plus. The reason it didn’t go further than 4 stars is because it was very pricey. For one scoop of ice cream it cost 6 dollars and for the vegan ice cream it was around 8. All in all the people were nice, the place was clean, and there were plenty of flavors, but maybe Grannie needs to work on her spending habits 🤭

    Yum! This cute shop has fresh baked pastries and a variety of ice creams fit for people with every kind of dietary restriction and everyone in between. I couldn’t decide on just one flavor so I got five! The vegan strawberry cheesecake was amazing and tastes like you’re eating real cake! I can’t wait to scarf down the rest and return ASAP! The staff was sweet and helpful and really made this place seem so personable. Will definitely be back and tell all of my friends!

    Big selection of flavors. The one with vanilla ice cream, caramel and chocolate covered pretzels was OUTSTANDING and was a must try experience! The lady running the counter (Granny Annie I presume?) was an absolute delight. My son asked for a cone. She asked him what kind he wanted. He said he wanted a "regular" cone. She smiled and said "I know just what you mean". We will definitely be back! Maybe even on another night during this visit to LBI, but for sure on future visits. Granny Annie's = great customer service! Outstanding!

    I was here with my son last weekend while visiting Barnegat Lighthouse State Park. They were only "part-open" being so early in the season. My son got the "cookie monster" ice cream. It's the same blue as the character, and it included cookie bits with what was likely dyed vanilla ice cream. I had a delicious Oreo cookie sundae with Oreo cookie ice cream. The portion was great for the price. I'd give 5-stars but it had to have been at least 80 degrees inside...no joke. Would definitely recommend, however!
